RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Overview
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. My refund and returns policy extends for 30 days after delivery of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, I can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must be in possession of the proof of purchase.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee may be inccured on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me at rene.cornelli@icloud.com with your order number.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier to effect a delivery, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfilment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Orders
How are your products made?
I work with a print-on-demand drop shipping company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at rene.cornelli@icloud.com .
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at rene.cornelli@icloud.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns & Refunds
I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting us at rene.cornelli@icloud.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at rene.cornelli@icloud.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out my sizing options set for every item listed in my store.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at rene.cornelli@icloud.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Returned by Customer – Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfilment facility before contacting me first. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the soonest possible instant.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after being advised that the refund was effected, first check your bank account.
Or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not what was ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at rene.cornelli@icloud.com with photos of damaged/wrong items and I’ll sort that out for you after due assessment.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, in cases where returns are accepted or agreed upon, you should mail your product to the fulfilment company’s return address as displayed on the delivery notice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
